OZ-SEPA™ – Oil-Zero Separator
Presentation
OZ-SEPA™ is an innovative nanofilter technology designed to separate oil from water with very high efficiency. The system allows direct oil recovery while reducing environmental pollution and treatment costs.
Thanks to its nano-surface filtration technology, OZ-SEPA™ can separate a wide range of oils, from low-viscosity silicone oil to high-viscosity crude oil. Oil recovery can reach up to 99%, making it a highly efficient solution for oil-contaminated water treatment.
Oil Filter
The OZ-SEPA™ filter stands as one of the few technologies capable of processing large volumes of oil-contaminated water, offering a unique solution to the environmental and water scarcity challenges faced by industries around the world.

Technology
Applications
The OZ-SEPA™ membrane uses a nano-structured surface that is hydrophilic (water-attracting) and oleophobic (oil-repelling). This allows water to pass through the filter while oil remains on the surface and can be recovered.
Environmental Benefits
- Reduces oil pollution in water
- Enables oil recovery and reuse
- Minimizes environmental impact
- Supports sustainable water management
Oil Ladle
Oil recovery scoop designed to collect hydrocarbons from the water surface after separation.
