These General Terms and Conditions govern exclusively the sale of the products sold on the website of Biotechnature.

Article 1: object:

These general conditions of sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by the seller;

SARL Biotechnature specializing in cleaning, disinfection and maintenance products. It puts in advance, when applicable green chemistry technology.

The products governed by these General Conditions are those listed on the Website and which are indicated as sold and shipped by Biotechnature. They are offered within the limits of available stocks.

The essential characteristics of the Products are described and presented as accurately as possible.

The products remain the property of the company BIOTECHNATURE until full payment of the price.

3- Payment:

Validating the order implies for the CLIENT the obligation to pay the indicated price.

In case of multiple orders, only shipped products are debited.

In case of late delivery:

The Customer has the opportunity to resolve the contract under the terms and conditions set out in Article L138-2 of the Consumer Code.

The Company BIOTECHNATURE makes the refund using the same means of payment that used by the CUSTOMER for the initial transaction, unless express agreement of the consumer to use another means of payment and to the extent that reimbursement does not cause fees for the CLIENT;

The BIOTECHNATURE Company will not be required to reimburse the additional costs if the CLIENT has expressly chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the standard delivery method proposed by the professional;

Article 7 – Guarantees:

According to the law, the Seller assumes two guarantees: of conformity and relating to the hidden defects of the products.
